My wife and I purchased a home in Newport News and doing a garage floor treatment before we moved in was something I really wanted to do. Like most folks I researched all the cheap, do it yourself options first. What I discovered was no one gets a permanent result with these kits. So, that led me to the professionals. I talked to Gary on the phone then met them at the Hampton Va Home Show. On meeting Gary and his wife Debbie I knew they were the ones. If you want a garage done right with a lifetime warranty, you go to the Garage Experts. Due to bad weather there was a delay in the shipment of my “Touch of Blue” product. Although that was no fault on their end that wasn’t acceptable to them. So, they contacted other franchises to find the product then drove a couple hundred miles to get it. I mean who does that level of customer service anymore to stay on schedule? I was blown away. Then, after the application they noticed a couple of areas they didn’t think were up to their standard so they came back twice after hours and other jobs to get it flawless.....and it is. The neighbors just walk by now, see the floor, stop and just say “Wow”. I suppose my ultimate testimonial was after the job was finished and we were admiring it, I turned to them and ordered storage shelves. They ordered and installed them the next week. When we finally get unpacked and organized I’ll send more “after” pics.
