My husband loves this place, and goes when he wants a treat and a truly good hair cut. Typically he goes to a "super" place for trims, since it's supposed to be a simple and quick clean up, and The Boardroom can sometimes be too busy to get him in on a whim. However, a few months back he went out for a trim and the "super" place butchered his hair. Bad. And even that is an understatement. Luckily he called The Boardroom to see if they could help. Not only did they squeeze him in that day, the stylist (and the manager) kindly spent a good chunk of time carefully repairing the damage. If you had asked me before he went, I would have said he was going to have to shave his head. But they pulled it off 100%. We both agree, this is going to be his go-to place from now on no matter what. Clearly they are busy for a good reason, and we know now it's better to wait!
