It tracks the new patient from first contact by the referring office, all the way through to scheduling and treatment. Very useful and very effective! I can't imagine a specialty practice, particularly with multiple offices, not having this.

I’ve been using the software for almost a year now and it has been a game changer. I am not involved in tracking referrals within the practice but I utilize the notes and tasks every single day. Anyone can add notes and it really helps keep everyone on the same page for each patient! And seriously, the number of trees that have been spared since I no longer use post it notes, a forests worth!
