Publishing my historical/literary fiction novel The Country of our Dreams through Tablo has been a great process - the online assistance and support was prompt and helpful -Damian was always so kind and courteous. I did have my own designer for the cover - but the book is beautifully produced inside and out - and best of all is the global distribution - a fantastic advantage! Especially for my Irish Australian novel!! And especially considering the costs of Australia Post! I did have early confusions over the Tablo plan $ cost - I thought it was $AU but it was American dollars. I am recommending this path to all members of my writing group and to others. Thanks Tablo!

I recently chose Tablo Publishing to handle a manuscript that I wrote and needed to get into distribution. Both Ash and Damien have been absolutely wonderful in making my dream a reality. Tablo has done exactly what they said they would do. Whenever I have had a question concerning anything, they have gotten back to me in a timely manner with comprehensive responses to my questions or needs. I have been completely satisfied with my experiences with Tablo and highly recommend them for your publishing needs.

I just hit the Barnes and Noble bestseller list with my book of short stories: LIfe: It's Just a Phase thanks to Tablo. They made my first self publication experience a smooth experience. I was able to easily copy and past my work from Word into the interface and also add artwork. They took care of the distribution and let me update my book when I found some typos. I would have given the service a 5 but there were some things about the interface that were very limiting. Sometimes parts of the site worked and sometimes it didn't. Sometimes it saved my work and sometimes it didn't. I also thought the formatting options were wonky -- leaving strange spaces where there shouldn't have been any. But when my book went t o publication, it seemed to have formatted accurately.However, Tablo did everything for me when it was time to be published and the $99 yearly fee was well worth it. Damien and Ash took care of all my concerns, however. My pen name didn't make it into the listings which was also a bummer but I was reassured they would be updated. If you're curious about indie publication, I highly suggest you check out how easy Tablo makes it.

I found Tablo through an online search and decided to work with them over Amazon because I desired a more personal interaction for my publishing experience. I had recently gone through tremendous personal loss and didn't feel confident that simply throwing my project out into the big scary world without diligent oversight would result in the vision I had developed. My project was the embodiment of hope through my adversity and it warranted personal attention and care.
Working with Tablo, and specifically Damien Daunt, was simply awesome. I have no regrets. I would recommend going through the finished product with a fine touch, as I did not read the final draft as thoroughly as I should and have found several formatting mistakes since publication, but those minute details are an insignificant flaw in comparison to the overwhelmingly positive atmosphere Tablo brought to my publishing experience. I would have given five stars had it not been for the minor formatting errors, but beyond that I am very pleased with Tablo and will use them again soon!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
We ordered 30 copies of a book which was made for educational purposes almost 6 weeks ago. All they had to do was print our books. hey accepted our payment online and we haven't heard a single word from them since. 12 explicit contact attempts later and we are now serving them with a Letter of Demand, followed by pursuing them legally should they fail to respond to the Letter of Demand. AVOID THIS PUBLISHER AT ALL COSTS! I suspect this company is closing down or in the process of going into liquidation.

This company keeps charging my credit card even though I canceled my account the day I opened it. Nobody answers emails, and they apparently do not have phones. SCAM!!!!

They didn’t bother to do any formatting prior to submitting it to retail outlets
They charged me fraudulently for a plan I have not selected
I’m unable to get a hold of anybody knowing returns, chat messages or emails
I don’t know why they’re still in business they clearly don’t care about anything

Unfortunately, I had posted a positive review for these guys because initially they were a pleasure to deal with and helped me throughout the process. When i received author copies of my book i was so disappointed with the print quality - looks like a home print job and images have distortion and print lines. I was also disappointed at the margin i was receiving for each book- less than 2%, or about 60cents per hard cover sale. When I asked for a breakdown of how royalties are calculated, i was told they didn't have an answer and would get back to me. Same story with print quality. I have tried to contact them multiple times over a month and now just get no response. Very unprofessional.
