Ordering shirts from Underground Printing was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Elizabeth answered every question I had quickly and went out of her way to make sure I was getting the product I wanted. On top of the great customer service you get from Underground Printing, the quality of the t-shirts and printing is incredible and all at a very affordable price. I will definitely be coming back to Underground Printing for any of my future business.

This store has a wide selection of UNC apparel that you cannot find in other stores.....different colors (bright, florescent colors) and also different styles (tanks, crop tops, etc) with creative designs. The staff was also very friendly and very helpful (when I saw a shirt I liked but they didn't have it in my size on shelf, I asked and they stopped restocking that shelf and found the shirt for me).
This will be my first stop when I'm looking for a new Carolina shirt.

UGP was incredibly helpful with helping me get T-shirts for my section in the Marching Tar Heels! Elizabeth was very patient and pleasant while we emailed back and forth while I was indecisive on shirt colors and design. My group was able to get exactly what we wanted and in time before winter break began! Between the great customer service and chill atmosphere, UGP has proven to be exactly what you'd want from a printing store.

First off when they say they will match rates, THEY MEAN THEY WILL MATCH RATES. After browsing the web and finding quotes from other printers I came to UGP with the lowest one I could find (I'm a diligent googler) and indeed UGP matched. I placed an order for my basketball team (go seahawks!) and the shirts came crisp, the screen print was impeccable and also UGP made good on their promise to have the shirts ready within 7 business days! Don't let their young staff fool you, UGP-CH has their store, customer experience and support all put together with military precision.
They are a great addition to Franklin. Considering the ubiquity of demand for custom screen printing on campus, UGP was destined for UNC!
Definitely going to snag one of their "Run UNC" shirts asap.

Underground Printing has a really relaxed atmosphere. Its a new t-shirt shop on Franklin that does custom printing but also has UNC apparel. Unlike the store that was there before them there is actually space enough for me to walk around and shop. A lot of cool Carolina shirts in unconventional colors. Can't wait til they get their new merchandise!
