Dr. Andreason and every staff member I have met, have been very attentive to all my needs, questions and concerns during my treatment with them.
I have a complex case still being worked by Dr. Andreason. I came there in December with a case my general dentist said was the most extreme he har seen. I was scared and nervous never having any major dental work prior to this. These 3 molars were missing all gum and bone due to a rare infection I had two years ago. Immediately, she did a CT, diagnosed the teeth with a chronic infection and saw I had a fallen sinus. She quickly put a treatment plan into place, explaining it all to me with patience and compassion.
Not even a month later, I am through my extraction and bone grafting. I feel confident I am in the right hands for my implants and sinus lift. I also saw a periodontist and oral surgeon prior to relocating in 2023, when the infection was acute. The experience was night and day compared to Feathetstone.
I was amazed she personally made follow up calls to patients after surgery, and answered phone calls on her direct line, instead of delegating to other staff members. Additionally, she remembers each patient she works with and is always kind and professional.
