Such a great experience! First I love it that the company has their inventory listed on their website and on Chrono 24. You can also see the location the watch is at on their website. This allowed me to locate my target watch and the store that had it. I was even able to reserve it for a 3 day hold online. The buying experience is easy. Everyone is very polite. They really don't do any negotiating in Japan. You get the listed price which was fine with me. It was a good price even before the tax was taken off. I am very happy with my purchase. They had a ton of Rolex watches as well. I was searching for am Omega, but I did notice several cases full of Rolex.
