Worst vets. Never have Vets around and our appointments always seem to get cancelled as they never seem to have any vets.
My pet was recent taken in as he wasn't well and they didnt even try to calm him down or make him feel relax.
All they want is £££

Friendly staff, firstly I struggled to get a call back from vets even after leaving messages its a pet emergency, turns out my local branch was closed due to staffing issues! I made 4 visits to alternative branch and only on my last visit and nearly £2000 later i saw a vet who made sense in their approach and treatment, happy to say cat is now doing ok, but what the vet did in the last visit should have been done on the 1st!!!

If you value your pet, stay away from Harrow Weald Goddard Vet. Disorganized, every time you go, different vet, they don't have basic medications. I was very disappointed and will not be returning there anymore.

I have been going to this vet practice for several years now and over the last 2 years I have noticed that it has gone seriously downhill, not that it wasn’t a problem before this. They never answer the phone and have constantly cancelled procedures that I have booked in due to having no vet on site repeatedly.
My dogs suffer from skin allergies but they have not seemed interested to find out what could be causing their allergies, so my poor dogs have been suffering with seriously itchy skin. Also my cats fell behind on their vaccinations due to them not having any in stock for long periods of time. They said they would contact me when they received some but never did so we had to start from scratch with their vaccinations.
They are very unfriendly and will almost never interact with patients who are sitting in the waiting area.

The care has gone down hill as they don't have a full time vet,only locums, when I really needed a vet not able to be seen as the locum had left early all calls diverted to the hospital in northholt
Where I was charged 256 pounds for consultation and blood test!
Then I had an appointment at harrow Weald branch on Thursday I was 5 minutes late and they refused to see me had to go back on Friday for blood test results, I was waiting over an hour though I had an appointment at 16:30 it doesn't make sense as the day before I only was 5 minutes late and they refused to see me
