Very quick response time. At my house within 45 minutes of my original phone call. Kris Aylor arrived. Very friendly, respectful, & business like. Kris explained our options and when we agreed he began work. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally thought. Kris kept us informed & continued to work. Kris Aylor came back when my dishwasher started holding water. Since the disposal was installed I thought it could possibly be the drain line from the dishwasher to the disposal was clogged. With the same pleasant attitude as his first visit, he got to work. Checked the drain line and determined it was clear & the new disposal was not causing the problem. Advised me that I needed to contact someone to check the dishwasher. I did just that and the pump motor was not working have to have the motor replaced!
