He walked me through all of the options for a new water heater and was honest about what was and wasn't necessary between options (tankless, capacity, additional mixing pumps, etc) as well as what could be done at a later date if I changed my mind. I will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

We got excellent service here in Pearland from Kyle Urban of 1-800-PLUMBER. We had an unusually difficult drain clean out. Kyle was informative and cheerful throughout the job. The company also did a great job of communicating with us.
UPDATE: We got excellent service again, 8 days later, this time from technician Chris Besse. The line backed up again. Chris cleaned it out (no charge, under warranty) on Sunday. Came back first thing Monday morning and ran a camera through our whole system. Turns out the city line is backed up. As before with Kyle, Chris was very friendly did a great job of explaining everything. I'm very pleased with this company.
