We got excellent service here in Pearland from Kyle Urban of 1-800-PLUMBER. We had an unusually difficult drain clean out. Kyle was informative and cheerful throughout the job. The company also did a great job of communicating with us.
UPDATE: We got excellent service again, 8 days later, this time from technician Chris Besse. The line backed up again. Chris cleaned it out (no charge, under warranty) on Sunday. Came back first thing Monday morning and ran a camera through our whole system. Turns out the city line is backed up. As before with Kyle, Chris was very friendly did a great job of explaining everything. I'm very pleased with this company.

We knew we needed to replace the unit and the company was very accommodating. They worked with us on pricing and were transparent about all cost. I have always had a great experience e with 1800Plumber - the company and the technicians. They sent confirmatory emails and tex .essages about my appointment day and time, as well as a link to track the arrival progress od the technician. They always do this. Today, Chris took care of our plumbing issue quickly and went above and beyond to fix the issue as well as make sure that the underground pipes were clear all the way to the main drain. The was skilled, professio al, friendly, and provided me with detailed explanations of all the possible solutions I could expect for several other plumbing issues I have , beyond the clogged drain. Chris did a quick and efficient job with the highest quality in customer care. Bravo and thanks a million.
