Had my kitchen faucet replaced by 1-800-Plumber today. Have been using this company since the 80’s (originally Dennis Collins Plumbing). They employee some of the nicest and professional plumbers. Today Chris Besse was the plumber that came to my house. Chris was very knowledgeable and was able to address all my concerns. He proficiently had my faucet replaced in a timely manner. Left the area he worked in clean (even put shoe covers on his shoes upon entering my house). I was very impressed with Chris’ professionalism. Will continue using 1-800-Plumber for all my plumbing needs. If you are looking for respectful and knowledgeable plumbing company you will not go wrong with giving them a try. Plus they have tenure and company values that have been in place for many years.

The customer service representative let us know they were available to come early than our scheduled appointment. Upon arrival, they quickly got to work to access the potential issue. We would definitely use this company. It was a courtesy visit at no charge too.
