We had a great experience with 1-800-plumber from start to finish. When our AC finally stopped working, they scheduled an immediate appointment for us. We knew we needed to replace the unit and the company was very accommodating. They worked with us on pricing and were transparent about all cost. Edward, the technician and his team were professional, punctual, and left everything clean after completing the job. We now have a new system and it works perfectly. I have always had a great experience e with 1800Plumber - the company and the technicians. They sent confirmatory emails and tex .essages about my appointment day and time, as well as a link to track the arrival progress od the technician. They always do this. Today, Chris took care of our plumbing issue quickly and went above and beyond to fix the issue as well as make sure that the underground pipes were clear all the way to the main drain. The was skilled, professio al, friendly, and provided me with detailed explanations of all the possible solutions I could expect for several other plumbing issues I have , beyond the clogged drain. Chris did a quick and efficient job with the highest quality in customer care. Bravo and thanks a million.
