The plumber, Mason Collins arrived on time and introduced himself professionally, after seeing the problem which was reported, he immediately assessed what was to be done to correct the leak, he was then able to inform me of the cost and with agreement he proceeded to fix the problem with efficiency and promptness. I called our home warranty to dispatch a plumber on an emergency service call for my broken and leaking water heater. They said it would be two days and offered another service company w/1 star on all their reviews. No thanks!!! Another epic home warranty fail, again.
So I found 1-800-Plumber of Pearland! They coordinated a same day service and arrived 2 hours early. The technician JJ diagnosed the problem and put everything in motion for a same day replacement of the 19 year water heater in the attic averting a huge disaster in our home. JJ and Mason did an outstanding job and were super professional, and clean Well done guys, I’ll just call y’all first next time! Great seeing young people taking pride in their craft!

We had a small leak in our ceiling that couldn’t wait for our regular plumber and the company responded quickly through their online service. First a call, then a couple of texts, and a plumber was here in 45 minutes. While the issue ended up being a non-plumbing issue, Emmanuel did all the investigation to confirm it was not a plumbing, AC, etc issue. And also connected us with the next contractor to get the issue resolved. I’d like to point out this all started around 10 pm, too.
