Way over priced for the service I received. If I wasn’t in a hurry to get the leak fixed I would have gotten another quote. The part that I looked up was only $100 and the labor was $600 for 30 of work.

The price seemed outrageously high to me. Judge for yourself - $850. for one hour of work and about $5. in materials. Won't be calling them again. Plumber was great - friendly, professional, and thorough.

Edward is nice guy, works hard, & is knowledgeable. Zoned system cools as intended. Humility control is terrible! Was told to keep temp @ 72 & still getting high humidity alerts of 66% & more. Humidity in house consistently above 60% in house all day even when outside level @ 60%. Not happy ….

My kitchen is ruined. The plumber from 1800 plumber / Collins broke a valve under my sink trying to fix a leak he found while looking at the problem I had actually called out about. After I frantically ran out to turn the water off, I came back in to find that there was water all over my kitchen and under my kitchen floor; both the floor and cabinets have to be replaced, and water damage specialists had to come out and put giant fans up to dry out the room for several days. 1-800 plumber didn't consider it to be "their fault" so now I'm stuck paying to clean up their mess.
1800 plumber did resolve the issue I called them out for (garbage disposal), and were generally helpful aside from ruining my kitchen and footing me with a $2000 insurance deductible and a kitchen that's been ruined for 3 weeks now (plus the $250 service fee).

This company is not good. They didn’t complete the work properly, the shower drain still leaked worse than when they “fixed” it. I couldn’t be at the house the last day they were there which was the fourth day at the house. When I tried to contact them about the leak being worse they sent my call straight to the answering service. They never returned my calls. Corporate for the company even tried calling them & they didn’t answer. I am not even sure if the people who all worked on the plumbing were even really plumbers. The guy who worked on it had other people going under the house. I had to hire a different plumber to finish the job.

Tech arrived and told my gas fireplace required a new solenoid @ approx usd600. After he left i watched a YouTube video - he'd mistaken how to light the pilot light - the fireplace was working fine and I saved 600 unnecessary dollars. Not recommended - caveat emptor.

Do not ever use this company for your HVAC/Furnace. They came out 3 separate times in the course of two weeks and each time the repair lasted maybe a couple of days. First came out to fix the heater and then when it was time for the AC to come on it didn't work. Replaced my thermostat with a cheaper option and then had the audacity to charge me for wiring the 3rd time they came out after they didn't replace it the first two times. Guys were nice but obviously have no idea what they are doing as I woke up to the thermostat broken again, 4th time, and am having to call another company out. Worthless.

The 8800 Jameel Rd Suite 140 location is totally unprofessional! JB is in charge of marketing and will say anything to get you to come work for he company run by biased individuals such as Erick and Bryce. Do not fall for their lies because this location will waste your time! They will never pick this business up off of the ground at this location if management doesn't learn how to communicate effectively and respectfully!

Boy was I wrong in choosing this place based off the reviews.... I was charged over $300 to install and setup a dishwasher in my newly renovated kitchen.
The installers main conversation was a repeat record of the fact that my home was his last stop for the day, then he's done. Well I'm assuming he rushed because the hose installed underneath the kitchen sink leaked slowly for awhile without our knowledge. By the time we realized the problem, it was too late

Horrible wall damage that he used duct tape to seal up the large hole he made.TOOK ALL Day to fix 2 tub facets. 1400 dollars and it was cheap fixtures that he charged 250 dollars for.!! WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. DO NOT HIRE THEM

Had an issue with the toilet was told it could be two issues. Choice A would be $150 B would be $443. I chose A. WRONG choice! It did not fix problem but still had to pay. They offered a discount of $75 off choice B but What if that didn’t work? I will not use again.
