Chris Besse with 1800 plumber air is an amazing and kind person. He treated us like family and he's great with dogs and kid. We had a leaking toilet. Chris pulled/ reset our toilet so fast we couldn't believe he was already finished. If you want a real plumber and dont want to spend an arm and a leg please just call 1800 plumber air.

My toilet was leaking due to a crack at the bottom of the tank. I called 1-800 Plumber and they were able to get a technician to my house within a couple of hours. The technician, Chris Besse, did a wonderful job with giving me options to replace the toilet since mine was very old and parts are not readily available. I decided to go with a new one and Chris did a great job with getting it replaced the same day. Excellent work all around!!!!!

Very cool guy definitely was great with making sure we knew what was going on. He also gave us a couple quotes that could be more coast efficient. Definitely better estimates than AB plumbing they were asking 3000. This company was more cheaper for the job.

Mason came out to check work that was done that may have caused sprinklers to stop working. He diagnosed the issue & it was nothing that was caused by 1-800 Plumber. He is very personable, thorough & was able to explain what was going on so I understand. Have had good experiences with this company.
