My Water Heater was replaced next-day, and area of work was left clean everything looked well done.
Kevin also pointed out an issue with my Main Water Shut-Off Valve and was able to provide an estimate prior to departing.

This is an excellent company. We had a leaking gas line under the property that three previous plumbers had been unable to diagnose. Jeff is a very skilled plumber that is honest and professional. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and made arrangements to fix the issue within a day. His ingenuity also enabled him to fix our problem without having to cut into the foundation or dig under the house. I will be using this company for all my plumbing needs moving forward

Joshua came out to check our old water heater and, as expected, the old water heater was irreparable. Joshua gave us all of the options and was very knowledgeable on all of his facts and information. Since we had Airbnb guests staying at our house this weekend, they “jumped through hoops“ to make sure the new tankless, exterior water heater could be delivered, installed, and up and running by the next day in time for our guests. Chad installed the unit and stayed late that evening AND also returned later that evening to answer a few questions and make some last minute checks. They had the electricians come out to make their final adjustments and were finished all in time and prior to our guests showing up.
I highly recommend them and will use them again for our future Plumbing needs.

4/3/2021 I'm terrible at names, but I'm pretty sure the technicians name is Luis. He did an excellent job replacing my pipes underneath the sink, and also fixing the drain line to my dishwasher. He answered all the questions I had for him. He went above and beyond making sure my pipes were clear and my sink was draining properly before he left. He was also very respectful and has excellent customer service skills. I will definitely use 1-800 plumber again if I ever need them in the future. Thank you Luis.
