I reached out to this company to complete some work at my job. They came out within 12-24 hours left a quote and explanation of work needing to be done before taking on the job. When I called back to question why a second issue needed to be done and not what I asked for I never got a call back but working in customer service I wasn’t upset. I simply called them on Tuesday they came out this morning and my final bill for a total of 3 units was less than what I’ve paid for 1 unit at other locations. So price has defiantly won me over!
Second the techs actually talk to you and explain what you need done in terms you can understand.

well i called several plumbers to fix leak in gas line 4 never returned calls four came out. Out of the 8 plumbing companies I found 2 that give out the truth what to do . Could not fathom the prices to fix gas line ,from 2600.00 all the way to 6200.00 for the same procedure. Centerpoint came out and fixed the line by replacing main line to house 350.00 thats beats 6 grand huh!! I hired 1-800 plumber from pearland and KYLE URBAN replaced all valves to bring up to code for inspection by city plus pressure test house line. Kyle was great and has a good attitude and worked real hard and was effecient out of the 4 plumbers 1-800 plumbers of pearland was the best and most cost effective the other's wow they where double, triple their price for the same work so if you have a plumbing issue call them their office is also great too but kyle urban oh yes good guy, and great at his trade and gets job done !! REMEMBER THE KIDS NAME KYLE URBAN GREAT PLUMBER!!!!!

First class service from 1-800-Plumber of Pearland. They are the best one from many contractors recommended by HomeAdvisor. The technician, Chad, was very pleasant and professional. Our job was not easy due to no record of the location of the water line (under the driveway) as well as location of the emergency shut-off valve. Chad and his helper spent almost 2-1/2 hours to chase down these locations. His persistence paid off. He was able to locate the emergency valve which makes this job much easier. Their price is lower than the next contractor and the service provided by Chad is super. I strongly recommend this company. Wish all of them have the decency, professionalism and understanding as 1-800-Plumber of Pearland. THANK YOU!

I came home Friday from work and noticed that my water heater was leaking. I called and was placed on the schedule for Saturday morning and I had a new water heater installed by 1pm Saturday afternoon. Kyle came to my house to fix a clogged kitchen drain. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He ran 75 ft of drain auger twice try to clear my clogged kitchen drain, spent about 2 hours to do it. He was very patient and hard working. He then went into his car and brought the tools he needed, and fixed the problem in less than 2 minutes. He said I don’t need to pay anything because it’s not a big deal.
