I had an emergency situation and needed to move in less than a week. I called Hornet Moving 5 days before my move in date and booked the service. I was elated that they had a truck and three-man crew available at the last minute. The reservation process was simple and straightforward. The communication prior to the move was helpful. I received an email with all the details and pictures of what “move ready” looks like. On the day of when the team arrived they were friendly and professional. We did a walk through and set expectations.
I don’t know what they are feeding the kids these days but these young men possessed superhuman strength. They never used the dollies. These guys were picking up multiple boxes at a time without breaking a sweat.
Naturally I completely underestimated how much stuff I had and about halfway thru I asked if we would need to make two trips. The guys just smiled and said, “we don’t do two trips.” So I closed my lips and went back to minding my business, because these young men certainly stood ten toes down on their business! I let the young faces fool me but I learned quickly these professionals got it under control. They utilized every inch of that truck and in two hours everything was packed. On the other side they were efficient and worked like a well oiled machine. They reassembled my mom’s bed and got an oversized couch through the narrowest door in America. I couldn’t have done this with a U-haul and a few friends. I NEEDED Hornet Moving.
I cannot sing their praises enough because they made a stressful time less stressful with their positive attitude, friendly demeanor and “get-it-done” spirit. I will definitely recommend Hornet Moving to any and everyone and I am specifically pleased with the efforts of Rayonte, Jacobi, and Scottie. YALL DID THAT!! My family is forever grateful.
