We had originally hired another mover/broker and, after trying to contact them for three weeks and being told to wait until a couple of days before the scheduled move, they tripled our price when they would finally talk with us. We cancelled and called North American Van Lines. Paul came to our house in CT the following Monday to made a visual inventory. He was friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable. When he quoted us a price, it was fair, transparent and guaranteed, so we hired them for a moving day of just three days later. The Sterling movers arrived at 9am Thursday morning and worked without break until 9pm, always with a smile and patience for all of our questions. They safely delivered our possessions to our new home in Maine on Saturday. Michelle, Freddy and their son, Louis, were the hardest working, professional and kindest people we could have hoped for. We would hire North American/Sterling again without hesitation and recommend them to anyone considering a move. 5 stars!
