This was a fantastic experience, start to finish, thanks above all to Paul Ryan. He was efficient, his weight estimate was astonishingly close to what it ended up being, and responded quickly to queries. Most importantly, when we needed to move up the date of the loading, he arranged that at a very reasonable change fee. I was initially reluctant to go with a company linked in to one of the "big" lines, but have no regrets whatsoever.
