I would have to say I was surprised with Sterling North American Van Lines exceeding my expectations. I had numerous delays of which they rescheduled without any problem in the actual packing and move out of state. I also was delayed in taking delivery of which they worked out a window which exceeded my needs. The Driver was professional and was attentive and understanding to our frustration with the delays. The moving crew was professional and identified a few issues and was upfront with a few damaged articles. I elected to take the insurance package of which any damages will be covered. I have given the experience a five star rating and would recommend Sterling North American Van Lines. Moving is a chaotic time and the moving experience exceeded my expectations.
