We called Tyler, our sales agent, and he was very prompt in addressing the issue. The dealership is 2 hours from our home, so they sent a driver with a brand new Buick for us to drive, while they took our car back to Saginaw for service. They replaced the parts that were the issue, at no cost to us...on a used car. We would highly recommend their dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.
