Just took our car for oil change and 7500 mile service and in less than one hours I had my car back, not only with both done but also a pending item from GM recall that the team identified. I have been using the Service Dept. at Garber Buick, Saginaw, since purchase of my first Buick, a 2005 LaCrosse. Over the years I have had excellent service by several very fine service people for my Regals and my Encores. Recently my service was completed by Adam Whiteherse who went above and beyond to help me patiently with my animal problems, chewing on my engine wires. He is a very considerate person to help a senior citizen who didn't know how to handle this situation. He was patient and very helpful.
