Extremely satisfied. Would not trust my vehicle to any other dealership than Garber Buick. The service department people are always so friendly and they seem to really care about you as a person and your vehicle like their own. What I really like is that they go over everything with you and if you don't understand they explain. I am happy that their people in this world who love their job and don't treat a person like a paycheck

I had a really good experience with this car dealer. I purchased our 2021 Traverse unseen (in person). They send photos and videos, everything looked good from there. They delivered it to our home 2 hours away. When it was delivered, I noticed a huge hole in the headliner that was missed by mistake during initial review and negotiations. The sales manager called me and made it right. They replaced it free of charge. I was given a rental while it was being fixed. I was thrilled and would recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle at Garber Buick of Saginaw. Outstanding team! Thank you!
