Mike Jarvis has always been incredibly helpful to me. Tuesday he called me that a recalled part had finally came in. On my way to Garber's Wednesday my power steering went out. Mike immediately had a technician get to work on it to find out what happened. When it was found that my power steering pump blew out/up and also spread particles throughout the resevoir I accepted a ride home ,declining Mike's offer of a loaner car,. When the repair could not be completed by the end of Wednesday Mike had someone come pick me up from my house and then Mike put me in a great loaner so I could get to work. Mike, submitted all the necessary forms on my extended warranty and got the claim approved. By Mid Thursday the power steering was repaired and my recalled air bag installed. All it cost me was my $100 deductible. I have gone to Garber Buick for 5 years now, Mike Jarvis has been by rep there the entire 5 years. I have also purchased two vehicles from Garber Buick during this time. I go to Mike with any vehicle needs I have. "Outstanding" is my rating, as it has been for these 5 years.
