We took our vehicle in for what we thought would be normal scheduled service but the technician discovered a potential major issue. The part that was needed was not available because of the unusual nature of the problem. The dealership stepped up and worked with General Motors to offer us options. The service department, service manager, sales woman and Garber management all were involved and resolved the matter to everyone's satisfaction.
