I think the service department does a very good job. Adam, who was the gentleman I had to handle my appointment, kept me up to date on the work schedule and ask before hand if I wanted any extras done. Which, by the way, I find it's a nice touch. I do think some of their prices on some items are way over the top, such as air filters, cabin filters, gas additives, the workers themselves have no say about that. I will continue to use them for my automotive needs as they are friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly quick. Thank you Adam and the Garger Buick Service Center.

I contact Buick and request Darell as he always wrote me from my last visit when I didn't purchase. I asked him about leasing as he suggested it previously. He spoke with me about my option and even suggested purchasing as an alternative. He called me later that day and said I was approve for a 2024 Buick Envista. He went out of his way on his day off to come and show me the vehicle as I had no transportation. I felt in love with the car, and also his knowledge of the vehicle was able to answer all my questions.
