Had a great experience. Adam in the service department was a a lot of help. Even though I didn’t purchase my TourX from Garber, Adam found I still under warranty and there was no charge for my thermostat. Thanks to all the mechanics behind the scenes as well. It was a relief that Buick has a 5 year warranty.

I think the service department does a very good job. Adam, who was the gentleman I had to handle my appointment, kept me up to date on the work schedule and ask before hand if I wanted any extras done. Which, by the way, I find it's a nice touch. I do think some of their prices on some items are way over the top, such as air filters, cabin filters, gas additives, the workers themselves have no say about that. I will continue to use them for my automotive needs as they are friendly, knowledgeable, and fairly quick. Thank you Adam and the Garger Buick Service Center.
