Everyone in the office was super friendly. They detailed the Altima inside and out. If I was to have a complaint about the process it would be they did not fill the gas tank. Scott Turner was terrific! Very friendly, easy to talk to, respectful. We wanted to upgrade to a 2024 Buick Encore GX. We were never pressured or hurried. When we decided on the color and features, they didn’t have one on the lot but did everything in their power to make it happen for us. They located one in a matter of minutes and had it the next morning. The next day was a Saturday and we weren’t available to pick it up until Monday. We brought our grandson with us and Scott treated him with the same respect even though he is only in 5th grade. Scott made sure everything was in order and all details were perfect.
