Recently, I went to Garber to have some maintenance done. From the moment I pulled into the garage, it was a wonderful experience. Everyone acknowledged me and was kind. I worked with a service guy named Adam, and I had a really wonderful experience with him. Adam gave me a tour of the services, made me feel at home, and offered me a cozy sitting room or a cubicle to work in. Halfway through the job, he checked in with me to go over a few things, and at the conclusion, he went over all the work and expenses. All in all, the client experience was excellent. The Garber Buick Service Center has my highest recommendation!

The service / repairs took longer than I expected on our 2018 Buick Enclave. Our service manager was great. Adam Whiteherse. He gave us a lot of information about the vehicles repairs and keep us up to date on the progress. Also gave us a nice loaner vehicle to drive.
