Everything went very well and everyone was very nice and polite. My husband took my Envision in, Brent Goik seen him and they chatted, Brent is awesome, always recognizes us and takes the time to say hello. Service staff were friendly. Husband told me the broken part was replaced and everything looked like it had never been taken apart and replaced. I haven't checked, it is in the trunk area, I keep forgetting to check it out.
