I chose to return to Garber and Heather for my second lease with them because I finally had a service agent who gave me 100% respect and attention. Heather stayed with me explaining all the features and setting up my phone, On Star, and WiFi.
Each and every feature... from gadgets on dash and steering, to the seat positions, ...all which she had also done with my last Encore GX... were explained then demonstrated. (Although little had changed, I was paying closer attention.) She was awesome...a first-rate "service after the sale" "know- it-all" in the best way!

They did a great job fixing our vehicle. There was some paint overspray on a window from a previous repair that they removed even though they were not responsible for it. Excellent attention to detail. I joked around with the gentleman taking my payment; he was quick-witted and gave some great responses.
