Had an appointment at 2:00, for oil change and tire rotation. I got there 10 min early and they took my car back right away. Someone showed up 10 min after me. At 3:10 they told me it would be another 40 to 50 min. I had to cancel an another appointment I had and lost a client and sale because of it. The person that came after me car was done before mine by at least 10 min. They had the same service done. They rushed the job and I don't even know if they did the tire rotation. Really took way too long for an oil change.
