The service manager and another department manager gave a good break down of what was going on with my girlfriends jeep and why it was taking so long. They helped her out a lot with especially money wise because she had a rental thru enterprise which was ridiculous. I will continue using them for a place for new vehicle sales! Just make sure you talk to the right guy's!
