From the initial phone call to the end of the appointment the staff was excellent. They made sure there were no financial questions and explained everything in great detail up front. When is when it came time to explaining the procedure, complications and healing Dr Anderson was very thorough. He has a great bedside manner and a calmness about him that put me at ease. Upon examination Dr Anderson informed me of potential repercussions if my dental situation wasn't taken care of immediately. Dr Anderson and his team worked proficiently and professionally so I could get my procedure done right then. On top of this offices wonderful way of doing business the assistant who was working with me knew how nervous and anxious I was and she above and beyond to keep me calm with her light-hearted banter. I would highly recommend this office for multiple reasons. The convenience of filling out forms online, their flexibility in squeezing me in not just for a appointment but for a procedure and their outstanding follow up practice of contacting me the next day to see how I was doing.

Going to Coastal Jaw Surgery was an incredible experience. From the lovely ladies at the reception desk (Sorry ladies for not remembering your names) to the nurses to Dr Anderson himself.
I was able to set up a consultation appointment within a week and had my extractions four days later. The process was seamless. Patience was my nurse at consulation and she was patient, informative, and answered every question I had, including the silly ones.
When Dr. Anderson came in, I asked him about one tooth I was unsure about removing and he took the time to give the pros and cons of each choice before giving his honest professional opinion. I never once felt pressured to follow his opinion, even if I did go with it.
On my surgery day, everyone was kind and open to answering and discussing the entire process. I had never had any type of surgery before but they helped guide me through and even held some nonsensical chatter with me until I was calmer.
As someone who has had bad experience with blood draws, the needle made me anxious, Sonny however made the experience literally painless.
Once Dr. Anderson arrived he went back over everything before starting the procedure.
I am now on day 2 since the procedure and I honestly feel great. Aside from feeling some of the stitch strings, I am doing very well.
LISTEN TO WHAT THEY TELL YOU TO DO and you will do great.
100% recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for a great jaw surgeon. You will not regret it.
