I had 3 wisdom teeth extracted yesterday. The staff and Doctor did a great job prepping me for challenges that could arise, healing expectations, and most importantly, making me feel like they cared. Day of I was very nervous, but they did a great job keeping me calm. At 39 the Doc told me it would not be a simple little extraction. Whole heartedly recommend Coastal if you need work done. I truly appreciate how they took care of me and gave me all the meds I would need.

All personnel were highly professional from start to finish. Office staff communicates extremely well and is very accommodating. They took the time to personally review any and all post surgery questions and concerns. The follow-up call I received the next day to check and confirm that I didn't have any additional concerns was refreshing. I would highly recommend CJS

I went to Coastal Jaw surgery with a bad wisdom tooth hoping to set up an appointment for IV Anesthesia because of a really bad gag reflex. Dr Anderson told me for my health the tooth had to be removed and it would take time to be able set an appointment for IV. So I decided to give it a go, I was extremely nervous because of my gag reflex. The care and compassion Dr Anderson and his staff showed me was beyond compare, the extraction went very quickly, and. Dr Anderson and his assistant staff Really do CARE . My nurse/dental assistant Laurie I believe, I could not have done it with out her, the compassion, care and encouragement she give me made it possible. Dr Anderson and staff Thank you.

Had an initial issue with Covid policies. I transport sick patients, including Covid patients for a living. I’m required to wear appropriate PPE so exposure is minimal. After the questionnaire on my appointment date, I was turned away due to contact with a Covid patient a week earlier. Voiced my concerns about healthcare worker issues and how we are supposed to be seen for our own treatment and still care for the community we serve. They agreed to see me. The staff was very nice, I want to clarify that. There seemed to be a gap in their Covid policy. Once we got going, we were a little behind being later in the day but only about 10-15 minutes which is pretty reasonable. The doc came in for a quick exam, they numbed me up and we were on the way. After some paperwork, records reviews and before I knew it, I was missing a wisdom tooth without any pain. Time management seemed to be well practiced here. Dr. Anderson went to school where I grew up so we had some good conversation about that. Overall, a good visit, decent pricing, very nice staff.
