Just got done seeing doctor Anderson for a follow-up visit after a couple of years ago for an implant. I cannot express peace of mind you get when you see the professionalism of the Personnel at this office. The doctor is highly competent listen to what you have to say and he just what's best for you. It really works with you to make sure that appointments can be made at the time you need them too and he has a good office staff that takes care of that. He also interacts with your general dentist. This way everybody is on the same page to coordinate your treatment plan. On top of being congenial he is succinct and highly qualified. I would recommend family members and any friends to use this practice Coastal jaw surgery and ask for dr. Anderson specifically. God bless and thank you to the staff and the doctor at Coastal jaw. Returned to coastal jaw surgery. Recheck from previous implant. Once again they exceeded my expectations, kindness patients and timely service. Both front and back office were correlated. Dr Anderson sat down and listened ! I feel, with my vast experience , that the best outcomes are a direct result of appropriate communication between Dr patient and ancillary staff. I felt well cared for, I felt genuine concern for excellence! This translated to a fantastic, pain free experience. I am not rewarded however feel compelled to share this experience. Its rare that a practice comes together with state of the art equipment, coupled with competent providers. I will Not go any other place. Seriously consider that if i was displeased, you would be the first to know. God bless this practice and the personel. There was no place to write a second comment but there is so much need for me to write one. I am somebody believe it or not that gets nervous when I go to the den. Mind you I've been in the medical field for 36 years everything from a paramedic firefighter to a hospital administrator to an advanced registered nurse Hi-Tech Critical Care. I have never felt so comfortable and its state-of-the-art compassionate office as this one. Dr. Ken Anderson makes you feel like you are his only patient he looks you directly in the eye and he listens. At the most important thing that stuck out in my mind is he actually cares about the outcome. Not just to have your business back again that's easy all he has to do is make mistakes and then he would have you right back in that chair. His goal is to never see you again and that's a good thing but if he has to he's going to give you his best and he has given me his best three times nothing that he could have done different it's just things that happen when certain procedures are done. Each time that I went back here shared me since it was the same case there would be no cost and I ran up thousands and thousands of dollars. He did his best to take care of my pocket and to make sure that I got my dignity back that I got my self-esteem back that I got my smile back. God bless him and the office staff the surgical techs are the best Second To None including the ones I experience with dr. Bernard has laser back surgery. Another excellent excellent Institution. The office staff in the front office are friendly cordial and immediately come to you you don't have to find them and guide you to where you have to be and get done what you need to get done they already anticipate your needs and have you ready to go before you're even ready to go out the door. I love this place and I would never see another surgeon. God bless all of you One more feedback that I forgot to give I'm three separate calls I was contacted to the same person named Rachel who's a surgical technician. She knew my case by heart. She knew ahead of time what my needs were going to be. This made my phone call Seamless. He is courteous she is nice and she is someone you can talk to and feel very comfortable with.
