Initially I was not pleased when my appointment was rescheduled an hour earlier, without my consent. However, my experience with the actual medical staff was great. Jessica was very friendly and thoroughly explained the procedure as it was being completed to assure I knew exactly what to expect. My care plan and expenses for that day were explained beforehand so I was not blindsided. Dr. Anderson was also very friendly. I was impressed with how fast my procedure took and my lack of pain during and afterwards. I believe this was all due to his experience and skills. I was not predicting a positive experience, as I never look forward to dental work, however my faith has been renewed and my trust restored. I explained that I was nervous due to past negative experiences and Jessica and Dr. Anderson both talked to my like a person, making me more at ease. That means more than anything and makes them a huge asset to this office. Thank you for my experience. I wish there was an option to have my annual check ups/cleanings done with the same crew.
