Bought my MSI laptop online today and they were so quick I was able to collect it about an hour later! Max ( hope I got the right name) was very helpful and patient and helped me resolve a small issue which I am very grateful for. Highly recommended! Glad to have them as a local store. Thank you!

I was happy and appreciated with Grand and Ryan for my purchased of Desktop PC at Austin Computors, Osborn Park store.
Facing some setup issues, I rung the Store for help. Ryan offered to come to my place to fix it. He was courtesy, knowledgeable and skillful to fix the issues - really please with the outcome.

Have been visiting them for over 10 years. Yesterday my old desktop finally crashed and I went there for a replacement. Gram Guang helped me assembled a new PC to my need, with some parts salvaged from old one. All done in one day, when I told him it's urgent for my work. Very professional, great knowledge, excellent customer service, good price. Again, highly recommended!

I ordered some case fans but realised they wouldn't fit, so I requested to change the order after I had already paid for it. The Austin team was very helpful in finding the right ones for me and refunded the price difference between what I originally ordered and the cheaper ones I ended up getting. I was very pleased since they had no obligation to help me after my order was finalised but they did so anyway and saved me some money.
