I can't even describe just how amazing UGP is. I had an absolutely awful experience trying to get shirts made elsewhere for weeks on end. Stumbled across UGP and I'll never order shirts anywhere else ever again. Between Zack and Chris, the customer service was absolutely phenomenal, and any question I had was answered in a very timely manner. They made what could have been a decently complicated order (or it had seemed that way with the previous company) into a beyond quick and easy process. The turnaround between ordering, approving the design, shipping, and receiving my order was SO QUICK. I couldn't believe it. You guys are out of this world and I can't wait to work with you in the future!

My experience with Underground Printing was absolutely phenomenal! The t-shirt design page of the site was easy to use and they got my order out to me in less than 2 weeks and it was received 3 days earlier than expected. I tried other sites before finding Underground, but the other sites advertised 2 week turnarounds but it changed to 4-6 weeks when I only wanted to order 1 shirt. Now that I know about Underground Printing, I will go to them every time!
