The start of the Las Vegas Club relationship with Underground Printing began due to the University of Iowa Center for Advancement and a presentation by Paul Huff at UGP. It is not easy doing business 2500 miles apart, but after the first experience we were sold and continued to purchase all year for the Club merchandise and we are already committed to the ongoing relationship and beginning work for our 2020/2021 season. The artwork, creative ideas, ease of working together regardless of the miles, timeliness of deliveries, and overall amazing customer satisfaction for UGP has caused the Club to move from local suppliers back to Iowa City and UGP. The experience has been so positive I see no reason to change, but to try and get everything we buy for the Club direct from UGP. If I could give more than 5 stars it is earned and deserved. Go Hawks.

I have placed several orders with UGP now, I use them as a supplier for my apparel. The quality is TOP notch, I get so much positive feedback on the comfort and durability of the products.
The customer service is ultimately what keeps me coming back. Whenever I run into complications or have to adjust my order multiple times, the staff is always so helpful. I never feel bad for making adjustments as my plans change.
I've had some misprints in the past and they are always promptly replaced, free of charge. Once I even got the replacements two days after the original delivery. They also help me load the boxes into my car when I pick them up. All around I'm sticking with UGP.

Extremely professional! Excellent! I was working with Tony for years. These guys use only high quality garment and high quality inks. They can even do custom color for you based on CMYK values. They do both DTG and SCREENPRINT.
Tony is always patient to do last minute adjustments and he will edit (fine tune) graphics for you for free.
Sliding Scale pricing will truthfully give you more for le$$.
They have wide range of portfolios so for whatever event/reason you print - they will have templates or good ideas to spice up your project or simply advise regarding your project etc. They can print on tag areas too. They even have international fonts.
