Regarding an online order, I want to start by saying I do understand there being supplier and shortage issues, etc. which is why their color and size stock is so limited right now. I recognize this is not their fault. That being said, I was disappointed in the entire process. The website wouldn’t allow me to add additional colors so I had to create my order via email, which is fine. This email chain was about 10 back and forth due to them being out of so many colors/sizes. If this info was on the website, I wouldn’t not have had to reply back and forth 10 times. I also decided to go with this company because they had more colors than other sites (that also are experiencing low stock through no fault of their own). But these other companies at least showed on their website what was and wasn’t in stock so one wouldn’t have to go through what I did. Finally, I did reply to my quote by saying it was disappointing the after all I went through (nearly half of what I wanted they didn’t have) that I was going to be up charged for some of the 2XLs (that I didn’t even need or want in 2XL but I had so few choices).With the expectation of those charges being taken off (which was about $4), I was shocked to receive an email back telling me sorry with no offer for any discount at all. I have to say with a website that isn’t able to tell you what’s in stock with a combination of them not giving you a discount when you were up charged for things you didn’t even want, I will not be using this company again or referring them.
Update: the manager contacted me and helped make this situation better by giving me a discount
