Must have caught them on a bad week. I saw all the great quality shirts in their showroom, with bright, crisp graphics that pop off the t-shirts. But mine for my order? NOPE. Dull, faded, blurry, and I was more than disappointed with my order of 68 shirts for a Navy reunion. Why weren’t mine nice and bright like the other printed shirts in the store?? Then on top of that, a shirt was missing from the order. Customer satisfaction is not an important element in their business model so it would appear. Too many people love them I guess. Good for you. When you use their services it’s a roll of the dice.
