Andrew Spraberry from Royalty Insurance rocks. I had a very unfortunate decline from State Farm after accepting my payment 2 weeks ago. (they declined me because I filed hail damage 2 years ago) I am under time pressure to find an alternate Landlord Insurance within a week. Andrew worked with me without delay, fetching me the best price with all the known discount. At the end, he found me an insurer with great rate under 24 hours. At the same time, 3 other brokers were still work-in-progress. If you need insurance, go direct to Royalty Insurance and stop wasting time with other agencies.
