The camera I ordered was on back order from Canon but Mark called me shortly after I placed my order online and let me know the situation. I waited several weeks for stock to come in, trying not to panic that it mightn't come in time for my holiday. Though I did need to ask for some updates, the overall communication and service was good and they called me as soon as they had the camera in stock - it was sent that afternoon and I received it the next morning. Parramatta Cameras is cheapest camera store I've found locally and I would definitely buy from them again.
