The staff at the Parramatta Store are AMAZING! Patient, helpful, friendly, attentive... and did I say patient and friendly. I had an issue with my camera, which had nothing to do with the store, and yet they helped, supplied same great advise. During all this I changed my mind about a replacement a few times, and they kept on helping and advising. Well done guys and girls!

I went in today to get my camera repaired after it stopped working after a beach photoshoot. I was assisted by Lorraine who checked my camera and fixed it on the spot. She went above and beyond to figure out what my problem was and gave it a quick clean out of the sand. Excellent service and support. My camera has been sitting in my room unused for months and in less then 10min I was out the door with my camera ready to use again. I had a nice experience using Parramatta Cameras. I rang a few days earlier to ask them if they would price match another bricks and mortar store, which they did with no hesitation. They said they’d set aside the camera for me and two days later I went to pick it up and indeed they had set it aside. Michael was very helpful and the transaction was sorted quickly. Staff seem knowledgeable and friendly. Would definitely use them again. Also their store is quite large and they have a very good selection of gear from entry level to very high end.
