Worst customer experience ever, was promised one price over the phone drove down and spoke to the sales guy Mark and he said they wouldn't honor what was said over the phone. I drove over 20 mins and no explanation at all. Poor customer experience and service avoid this store. Negative 5 star review.

I went there based on the reviews. My experience was just the opposite. Unhelpful staff Exorbitant prices. While providing feedback to the staff on what wasn't a well captured photograph, he didn't care to listen and just walked away even while I was talking . Honestly, I am not sure where all these positive reviews are coming from. I wouldn't recommend. Just stay away from this place. Update : Responding to owners comment below who has tried hard to cover the facts unsuccessfully. Have you even spoken to your supervisor on what the conversation was? Didn't he talk to you about how bad your staff behavior was & that he walked away even as the conversation was on? Didn't he inform you that he told me he will investigate into your staff's behavior? Didn't he tell you about the inconsistencies we spoke about in the way your staff were managing customers? Customers are willing to pay for, quality, support and good experience. None of which are available in your store which makes your store all the more a no value proposition. What's worse, instead of trying to bridge the gaps and improve customer experience, by using customer reviews, you conveniently try to mislead people by brushing the main issues under the carpet & responding on something which wasn't the core issue of contention.

Horrible service from the guy in charge of taking the pictures at the lab. He rushed through it and only gave me half a second to look at the photo. He should listen to the customer.

Worst camera shop in Sydney. Poor customer service. I should have gone to jb hi fi or DigiDirect to buy my lens. Spent over 2K in store and they still charged credit card surcharge with rude communication . This store is terrible, horrible & nightmare.
