Just had our cooktop replaced and very disappointed by service. Installer appeared inexperienced and the job took a lot longer than expected as he was on the phone seeking advice for quite awhile. Our initial safety concerns were followed up by senior staff and given the all clear. Also take care with quoted pricing as it was exclusive of GST so we got caught out. Won't be using RTL again.

Didn't use these guys but did get a quote from them for a small rendering job - it was 4 times higher than one of the other quotes. Could have understood if maybe double but this is just cost gauging - if you don't want the job don't waste the time quoting :-(

Charged me $601 to give me a quote for three items I asked for in my initial call that I needed fixed, they called it a 'roof report'. Was told in my initial call, they would silicon to stop the water ingress. I had to beg the them when they were onsite to do this, they said it wasn't on their worksheet. When I said I will call the office, they agreed to do it. Their quote $20,000 for the three items to be fixed, comparable quote $4,900 which I didn't get charged for by a reputable company to come out and give. Wrote a complaint to RTL Trades and was never responded to.

The body corporate committee booked this company to clean the gutters at my unit complex. They didn’t do all of the units and it took months for them to come back and finish the job. The gutter cleaning was done by someone sitting on the roof and throwing leaves onto the ground, which were then not swept up properly. Leaves were not removed from the downpipes. Leaves and mud from the gutter were thrown over potplants in my courtyard and my car parked outside the garage.

Not reliable price calculation. $800 for using simple home use blower clean lightly filled leafs in small gutters within 2 hours.
(Trademans worked on site are friendly， work outcome is okay, take dtails photo for every step, but the financial calculation is worse）
Called for leafs clean in gutter.
No quotation before job.
No detail in invoice.
No cleaning of cut off tress branches and leafs left on site.
