I would like to recommend RTL Plumbing as this company literally saved my newly purchased unit from being ruined by the downpour of heavy rain that the East Coast of Australia recently experienced. I am a great believer in fate and timing, I purchased a small unit with a small enclosed courtyard that to my surprise did not have any drainage to cater for a storm water downpipe and drainage holes from a retaining wall that I shared with a large block of units next door. How lucky was I that six weeks before the recent flooding Brisbane had one half a day of reasonably heavy rain and that half day of rain flooded my small enclosed concrete paved courtyard. The water was almost lapping at the back door but I got lucky the rain stopped. I contacted my body corporate a couple of days later and RTL Plumbing were asked to inspect the drainage that currently existed. The plumber confirmed the drainage was non existant but he had a solution. RTL Plumbing installed through the concrete floor of the courtyard a quality drainage system and pipe work that performed brilliantly last weekend when the heavy rain just kept falling. The downpipe and the retaining wall holes were filled with water and gushed through the courtyard to the newly installed drain and pipes. I did not have a great deal of sleep as this was a real test of the work completed but I had nothing to worry about the job was perfect.
