The team at RTL trades were super efficient - on time, great with communication, quick and very good quality of work. We will definitely be using them again. They also have a team of tradies - plumbers, electrician, handy man (of which we used all 3), who worked together to get the project done. This made it really easy when problems arose that were unforeseen - they were able to organise and complete the whole job with out us having to outsource and find more tradesman. Really great communication!

RTL trades done great work with Hot Water system replacement. I always dealt one person; Mitch. He appeared on agreed time at every visit and even worked in rain. Very professional, polite, considerate and helping. I will always recommend him for pluming work.

Our hot water system stopped working overnight. RTL were very prompt in sending Victor to have a look at it. He very quickly discovered the problem and was able to go get the part needed locally and return to complete the fix along with a safety switch. He was prompt, thorough and very helpful.
