Bought a mattress here and we found staff friendly and helpful. We has a small issue with mattress and staff were extremely happy to exchange same for us. Mattress is the best one l have ever slept on and l would highly recommend the company to any one who needs another mattress. They even have a 100 day return policy if you are not happy. Not many places would do that. J

The salesperson was great she was really helpful. My only regret is that l did not realise that the mattress we picked was a lot firmer than first thought when testing in the shop. Also due to price there is no return. Be careful the choice can be crucial.
